My belly: 28 weeks

Can't believe we're in the Third Trimester...woohoo!!!!!!!  Feeling good these days but definitely ready to meet our baby boy #2 and enjoy our expanding family of four:) 

18 month check up!

Such a trooper.  Luke had to get shots, his blood drawn, and fluoride applied on his teeth:(  He was a good sport but it definitely wasn't easy.  We are so blessed to have such a healthy boy!  Luke weighed in at 28 lbs (80 %) and 34'' (90 %).  He is one tall, strong boy!

18 AMAZING months:)

Luke is seriously 18 months old!?  Wow.  Can not believe how quickly the time has gone by.  Our little man is simply amazing.  His personality is SO fun (& challenging) :)  He definitely has my stubborness and Joe's extreme hard work ethic.  When he puts his mind to something he is determined to get the job/task completed!  He probably says "ball" a thousand times a day, because well, that's all he's really interested in.  He just loves throwing a ball, as well as, kicking, batting, bouncing....the list goes on and on....but hey, he's a boy...an athlete in the making, what more could we ask for?!  He cracks us up all of the time.  He has a very funny sense of humor and loves to laugh with people and at silly things:)  He is rather mishceivious when we're not looking and will climb up onto any desk, chair, or table so we constantly have to be on the look out--I really don't enjoy catching him with his hands in the toilet playing in the water, why he finds such joy in it, I'm not sure....but one thing we do know, is that we LOVE our Luke Robert and the past 18 months have been the best months of our lives.

The Boys Room:)

So we have slowly started to get the nursery ready for not just 1 baby boy anymore, but 2!  Auntie Allie wanted to get something for the boy's bedroom that personalized it but also made a statement.  We had fun looking at all of the different wall decals to choose from.  We put them up in the nursery this past weekend.  It was quite challenging but so fun!  I am so glad that the room is starting to come together and feel more and more like "the boys" room. :)

My belly: 24 weeks and growing...............

Mason Michael is certainly doing his job lately!  I am definitely getting bigger by the day.  I recently compared belly pics from when I was preggo with Luke- definitely bigger this time around!  Still feeling great though.  Luke keeps me busy enough to where I don't even have time to sit:)  Time has been going by awfully fast lately.  Can't believe just 15 more weeks til we meet our baby boy #2!

Merry Christmas 2011!

We had a wonderful Christmas this year filled with many memories.  Besides the fact that Luke was a little under the weather, he did not let that stop him from having fun and exerting plenty of energy.  He enjoyed the food, the toys, and staying up well past his bedtime both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.  We feel very blessed this Christmas! :)
