Could it be...?!

I took a test after a couple weeks of feeling very different, very irritable, and very tired.  And our dreams of being pregnant again came true!  We are thrilled that we are going to have another little miracle:)

Chicago!

We went to Chicago to finally visit my best friend and Luke's Godmother!!!  On this visit we were able to see the house they live in in a beautiful suburban town outside of the city, meet Chase the newest addition to their family, and watch Luke and Kate (my God daughter) play and play and play!  We even got to have a much needed adult evening out in the city!  It could not have been more perfect.

It was so memorable being able to visit Bob and Kel finally and have all of our babies together.....it might've been quite chaotic at times with a 4 yr old, 1 yr old and an infant but SO worth it!  We love them SO much and can't wait for the future memories we will make together!

Balboa Beach House

Nana and Grandpa decided to get a beach house in Balboa for the whole month of September for a Bower Family vacay.  So far it has been so much fun.  Luke runs all over the place when he's there like a little wild man.  He loves exploring every nook and cranny of the house and of course is most interested in anything that is breakable:)

Oh yes, this picture basically says it all...that is Luke flirting with a hot babe on the beach:)  He can not get enough of girls, girls, girls!!!

Saying that Luke is obsessed with the ocean is an under statement.  He literally would be in the water all day and covered in sand from head to toe if it was his choice and still have the biggest smile on his face!

A really fun day at the Maui Ocean Center.  Luke loooved looking at all of the aquariums full of beautiful fish and sea life.  He was very entertained!

A really fun date night for Joe and I at Duke's in Maui not far from our resort.  It was the perfect evening with great Mai Tais and live music.  Loved Duke's! 

11 months!

Wow, am I late on this post.  But I figure I should do it since Luke is almost 12 months:)...Luke has been walking since 10 months old.  At this point he doesn't wobble as much so he has a lot less spills.  He loves being on the go!  He says "mom", "mama", and "dada" a lot more now and waves all of the time at people when out and about.  He is a very social and happy baby.  We have really enjoyed taking him to concerts in the park this summer where he gets to see a bunch of people, listen to fun music and get his groove on- it's a perfect place for him:)

Father's Day!

Awww...my boys, so cute.  Luke is such a little clone of Joe I love it.  For Joe's 1st Father's Day we took him to Quinns for a yummy breakfast followed by a relaxing day just spending it together as a family.  Joe is the best daddy in the world to Luke and it is so awesome to see them together.  I already see so many similarities in their personalities, not to mention that I recently read through Joe's baby book and it might as well be Luke's based upon all of their behaviors and likes and dislikes, etc. :) so funny.  Happy 1st Father's Day honey, WE love you!
