7 months!

Luke is 7 months now...what??!!! Crazy!  He is SO much fun and has SO much energy all of the time.  He crawls, lifts himself up to standing position, he screams a lot to get our attention and he loves to giggle at funny sounds and silly faces.  He also loves music and anyone who will sing to him:)  He is such a sweet boy and his personality is really coming out now.  He can be cautious at meeting new people but knows how to turn his charm on especially for good looking girls...he will give a coy little smile and then bury his face in my chest when meeting a cute new girl and he will do this over and over again like a little flirting game.  We can't believe how quickly he is growing up, but are trying to savor every second of it and look forward to all that is to come with our baby boy.

And this is my favorite picture of all...I left the room for just a second and left him on the floor in front of the couch (away from anything hard) and come back to find him perched on his knees rummaging through his toy basket.  I thought it was hilarious and so cute.  I really can't believe how much he has advanced in a matter of two days.  He pretty much crawls now, maybe not all over our apartment quite yet...but definitley all over our living room and pulls himself up from any postition. Oh, and we lowered his crib to the absolute lowest position possible because whenever we walk in his room now he is standing up!  Man this kid is gonna give us a run for our money:)

6 months!

Wow did those 6 months go by fast! Seriously.  Luke is such a little bundle of energy now.  He is always moving and does not enjoy any one toy or play area longer than 5 minutes:)  He weighs 18.12 lbs (75 percentile) and is 28 inches long (95 percentile).  He is an extremely loving and sweet little boy.  His laugh is adorable and his smile can light up a room....he especially loves attractive women- he has become quite the flirt these days, ha:)

Here he is in his sassy seat from mimi and papa.  He used to just float in it and collide into walls.  And now he can actually jump...we're very proud of him, haha.

My Birthday and pics of Luke:)

We went to dinner with Nana and Grandpa for my bday, it was so much fun!

Luke already loves wining and dining like his parents at restaurants...figure might as well get him used to it early!  He was such a good boy and is becoming such a good eater as well.  He has moved onto fruit which he loves- especially apples and were gonna try some veggies asap.

So close to crawling...he's a scootin machine and always moving.

Luke is already so coordinated, here he is gripping his toy ball with one hand and swinging it back and forth in crawling position:)

A visit with the Fogartys:)

Luke and Charlie are only four days apart...we put them next to each other to compare heights, they were pretty much the same height and similar sizes, it was really fun comparing and seeing how much the boys have grown.

Luke is 5 Months!

Luke is SUCH a big boy.  He loves to yell in order to hear his own voice, loves standing up, loves when he is on his tummy to try and scoot, he gets up on all fours no problem-he just needs a little more leverage in his arms and legs and he will be crawling before we know it.  He now has 2 bottom teeth too...I love being able to see them everytime he smiles.  He also loves squealing with excitement.  He really liked being at the mall recently and people watching.  He is just a blast.  We love you Luke Robert.
